New Labour. It’s all about timing. Last week on the anniversary of Chernobyl Tony declared his commitment to a new nuclear power station in Scotland. This week, after finally being forced to publish the embarrassing legal advice he’d been hiding for months, he decided to announce that he’d decided to renew Trident at a cost of £200, 000 million.
