Something old, something new... and a cover

When Graham send me a Cliff Richard track, I thought it must be a joke. I've listened to 'In the Country', however, every day since. Whatever next!

The Shins have been responsible for some of my favourite tracks: Young Pilgrims, Gone For Good and New Slang, for example. 'Australia', from their new album 'Wincing the Night Away', has immediately added itself to that list.

'Angel Eyes' by The Czars is an awesome interpretation of the ABBA original (which I never really liked). On the strength of this cover and that of Connie Francis's 'Where The Boys Are', I bought their album 'Sorry I Made You Cry'.
